Rage volleyball coaching staff
Mika Fithian
Coach
I’m entering my sixth season coaching with Rage Volleyball. I have had the opportunity to coach girls’ and boys’ volleyball for the past 10 years. I enjoy traveling, playing fetch with my dogs (Loretta & Patsy), and hanging out with family and friends. Occasionally I dabble in pickle ball. I enjoy a solid cup of coffee or matcha latte. I also do like long walks on the beach. A strength I have as a coach is effective communication with the athletes, this allows me to drive them in the right direction for success. When I started playing at Rage many years ago, I learned so much about the game but not only the game of volleyball I learned a lot about life. This sport has shaped me into the person I am today, and I am forever blessed to have the opportunity to make a positive impact in each athlete that steps into the facility. My goal as a coach is to inspire our young athletes to be the best version of themselves, to continue to grow as a student of the game and to ignite their passion for volleyball.
