Rage volleyball coaching staff
Megan Britton
Assistant Coach
I am entering my eighth year with Rage Volleyball as an Assistant Coach. I am a wife and love being a mother of two beautiful daughters. The teams I have coached have historically qualified for Nationals. I have a no nonsense attitude when coaching juniors. I firmly believe that communication is the key when setting the culture and high standards for my teams. This has helped when qualifying teams at the Open level.
Assistant coach Megan Britton has played volleyball for 12 years. She played on the Varsity volleyball team all four years at Notre Dame High School in Riverside. Britton played for Rancho Valley Volleyball Club for four years. She received an athletic scholarship to California State University Stanislaus. Britton started her freshman year and set a record for dig/Gm at 4.73, season high digs at 506, digs/match at 35, and service aces/Gm at 7 in a row. In her senior year she broke her own record for digs/match when she totaled 40 digs in a game against Monterey Bay. After her collegiate career ended she took to coaching. Britton has coached for a total of 4 years. She coached Pitman High School’s freshman volleyball team and had an undefeated season, she coached for Turlock Crush then decided to make the move to Delta Volleyball Club before advancing to Rage Volleyball Club.
