Rage volleyball coaching staff
GARREN ALLALA
Assistant Director, Head Coach 15-1 National Team
I have been with Rage since it started as a founding coach, over 16 years ago. I have a beautiful family of four, husband to Meredith, along with two kids, a son and a daughter. When coaching, my strengths are my technical excellence, organization, and ability to catch details that most coaches would miss. I have a vast network within the collegiate volleyball community, a nationally recognized reputation for defense, and a feel for the strategic adjustments that need to be made in a high level game. Early on, I discovered a love for coaching at the junior level. I had an intensity that is conveyed to like minded athletes who want to compete against the best in the country.
“Iron sharpens iron.”
