Arlene Fa’ali’i

Arlene Fa’ali’i, First season with Rage boys program. Married for 23 years with 4 kids. I spend most of my time with my family enjoying some volleyball fun. I am observant of how players communicate and react. Teaching a certain skill and watching how the athlete reacts to it tells me a lot about how to Coach a player. I like to push the player to compete. Watching my kids grow up and seeing how much they love the sport is why I ever decided to assist. It is rewarding to watch the whole family celebrate their athletes especially seeing their growth in the sport.
