Rage is such an amazing program and I am proud to say this will be my second year with this organization. I am also entering into my 10th year coaching for El Portal Middle School. My coaching philosophy has been cultivated by my core values, education, and experience. I focus on helping players reach their full potential, both as individuals and as a team. I believe in creating an environment of respect, hard work, and dedication to the sport. When it comes to volleyball specifically, I emphasize communication between teammates on the court to create better teamwork. I also focus on developing individual skills, such as serving accuracy, setting technique, and defensive positioning, which are essential for any successful team.
